Since both water's surface tension and density is lower than dichromated
gum and whole egg it makes sense to use it for the test.; spraying
possibility is much more compared to dichromated colloids. Well, I
couldn't manage to make the brush spray airborne droplets even with
water... As I said before, it seems that you're much more competent than
me in make that happen; respect! :)

I continue to advise against using dichromated mixtures with foam
rollers.

How did you assess the validity of your tests ? Why did you use water
rather than the gum mixture which would have been more appropriate ? Did
you try it under differing humidity conditions. How did you measure the
micro droplets ? Did you conduct your tests wearing a mask ? How did you
test for the filtration effects of the mask ? How would you test for the
long term effects of micro droplets of a corrosive liquid on the lungs ?

If it happens with paint......
