Just a guess here, but Azo is SLOW, orders of magnitude slower than
film. I put Tri-X through the IAH scanners on a recent trip, and on the
return flight, and did not notice any measurable increase in base+fog
density. I make it a practice not to do multiple trips with the same
box of film, and so far, I have not had problems.
