sure... you can probably generate the effect using a variety of layers with
effects that are already in Photoshop—including blurring (multiplied around
the edges), Distort/Spherize, and then photograph some scratched glass and
use it blurred on each image.... then you can use the worm/mold plug-in on
top and say it is Vintage Diana
