Coat with OxA, dry, then coat with sensitizer/metal. The chemical reaction
is (in theory) that the acid is neutralizing the carbonate buffer present in
so many modern papers. Acid+base resulting in a neutral or slightly acidic
pH.

It makes many papers usable. I got a great palladium print on Whatmans
printmaking paper yesterday by using the OxA trick.
