FWIW

I measure my solutions in 1/10ths of milliliters using a syringe. I modify
traditional dropper bottles by removing the tube and cutting the rubber bulb
off the screw top of the dropper. I slide a syringe (needle removed of
course) through the hole in the top. I then glue the syringe in place. When
the top is screwed onto the bottle the syringe hangs inside. I mark the
increments of measurement on the stem of the syringe plunger with a felt pen
so I can draw up the exact amount I require without having to removing the
top. When the right amount is drawn up I unscrew the top with the syringe
attached and transfer the solution to a shot glass.

Works like a charm.
