Bostick & Sullivan has a basic supply of bromoil materials available now.

The Caswell & Caswell Finesse paper has at long last arrived from England
and is available in 9x12 and 12x16 inch sizes with 16x20 inch on its way.
The 16x20 should be here in June or July.

We have a limited supply of handmade wirewound "bearhair" bromoil brushes
imported from England. If we run out we, can have more within a month. We
have a boar bristle American made brush at far more reasonable prices that
is actually preferred by Gene Laughter.

We have bromoil ink in 1/4 lb tins packaged especially for us from Graphic
Chemical and Ink Co. Bostick went into an apoplectic fit and had to be
kicked in the chest to get her breathing again when I suggested buying it
ink 25 lb drums and repackaging it into smaller tins. This way is a lot
neater.

We have 8 colors and expect to increase that in the future. This was quite
a coupe for us as most bromoilists would spend quite a time using up a
whole pound. The ink would dry and skin over way before it was ever used up.

We have brayers, bleach kits, etc, and we expect to eventually have a very
complete line of bromoil products.

There are still a couple of openings available in Gene Laughter's (Gene Alt
of the List) bromoil class in May. The class is committed and Gene will be
coming. This is a great opportunity to study with one of the masters of the
craft. I like Gene's approach. He tends to de-mystify the process,
encourage experimentation and in general not play the role of guru giving
out the keys to the temple. Gene's work is available for viewing on our
site in the Gallery.

Forgive the blatant advertising but I think knowing that we are going out
to build a market for bromoil is important to the alt photo community.
