Art, Terry, others. Have you noticed that Carlos is pretty much ignoring
all of the email flak? Unless he plans to have a more or less exclusively
continental gathering I don't see how it is realistic for the rest of us on
the non-European continent to participate. Terry, maybe it is indeed time
for plan B. What might that be at this stage? And When? Karl Koenig
