Yes, the film you are describing is alleged to be Ilford FP4 in
disguise. In fact, in my experience, it behaves just like FP4 in terms
of exposure, development and tonal scale. I've used it for several
years for my 7x17 camera. They will cut it to any size for you, up to
20" wide, I believe.

As an aside, they will also cut down film that you provide. I had a
roll of 20-inch wide by 100-foot long Tri-X that came with a 12x20
camera that I purchased a few years back. I ended up selling the
camera, but I kept the film. I tried cutting the film myself, but it
was a royal pain. For about $65 they cut the entire roll down to 7x17
and packaged it up for me. Well worth the money for the hassle it
saved!
