Most GOOD fine art suppliers should sell powdered egg albumen. I buy it
from
A.P. Fitzpatrick in London. They should sell it as they are used to make
tempera panels. Just ring around a few and ask. It might be cheaper I
think than buying lots of eggs, and certainly a lot easier.
