In learning this process I have found that many of the older sources
were very helpful. The books I've found (in English) are listed below.
There are many contradictions, so the most reliable information comes
from the techonogists (Cartwright and Industry journals) Jon
Goodman confirmed much of this. There are some errors in Kolb which made
things very difficult for us when were trying to learn on our own. Hope
this is of some help.
