I don't know if this helps. Some years ago Ian and Angela Moor were working
on some cyanotypes. They told me, no doubt amongst many others, that there
were important differences between purified, de-ionized and distilled
water. Two bleached the cyanotypes and only one was suitable, at least for
conservation. They may have published their findings.
I don't know if they are on the list. Is it ethical to give a snail-mail
address of someone not on the list. Some of you will know them anyway. I
have it if wanted.
